I've been considering the penuma surgery. Supposed to add an inch or 2 to girth and possibly one to length. My girlfriend tells me not to waste my money since I'm doing ok as it is but who doesn't want a little more. I.I'm currently 8.5" length and about 6" girth but I've always felt my girth is lacking compared to my length. Maybe I should try this first.

I got the 8" one that is a different brand & it is way cool! You can feel it big time! Kind of hard at first to stetch the elastic loop over your balls. Once you get it on it is game on!
